It’s full steam ahead for the Hot Rod and Custom Auto Expo team, who have scheduled the next event for May 25 and 26 at the beautiful Rosehill Gardens Racecourse.
In what will be its sixth year, the event has generated unparalleled enthusiasm by those who are close to it, including Rat Pac Inc, a supportive young club with lots of energy. In an incredible gesture of generosity, the club is building a customised Morris Minor which will be raffled off at the show, with half of the proceeds going to Ovarian Cancer Australia.
“Not only is a bunch of awesome ladies working on this project, but, it will be custom painted live at Sydney’s most prestigious hot rod show. The package includes the keys and ownership of the custom Morrie, complimentary membership to Ratpac Inc., storage and insurance,” the club confirmed.
Dubbed ‘Morringe Crush’, expect the chosen Morrie to lose its roof, inherit some unique side trim and be finished in bright… you guessed it! Erica (aka Flossy) from Black Widow Tattoo and Custom is leading the team of gorgeous ladies who will be taking part in the build.
