It’s just three months until the 24th Australian Street Rod Federation Nationals fires up in Maryborough, Queensland. The most important date for now however is February 1, which is the cut off date to still receive the full swag of benefits that accompany your entry ticket. You can still enter after that, you’ll just miss out on some extras. The key word is commitment – frightening to most males, but necessary when it comes to key hot rodding events!

As always, half the fun is getting there. A quick study of Queensland’s geography will reveal that Maryborough is not near Cairns, but in fact a mere 250km north of Brisbane, and a four lane freeway will get you most of the way. The Wide Bay Burnett and Fraser Coast regions just north of the Sunshine Coast are largely undiscovered by southerners and entrants are encouraged to stay and play in the region. Check out the Nats website for some inspring ideas and suggestions.

Download an entry form from the Nats website here and if you’re returning it by emailing, do so directly to ASRF Head Office at for initial processing.
