The Romans Hot Rod Association has recently formally recognised the contribution by Adrian Buckley to hot rodding, and to the Romans club history.
A presentation was made Tuesday, 30th October at Adrian’s Bargo home, inducting Adrian as an Honorary Life Member of the Romans, and giving Adrian a framed certificate as recognition of more than 45 years with the Romans.
Adrian first joined the Romans in the early 1970s as a motor trade apprentice, and has played his part in various roles. He has been president over several years since joining the club. Adrian has also been awarded Member of the Year several times. With his huge experience as a hot rod builder and advocate for safety in rodding, Adrian has also contributed strongly to negotiations with NSW Government departments such as RMS and previous versions with motoring responsibilities. Adrian has also been supportive and played leading roles with NSW ASRF and specifically the Street Rod Committee.
From all the Romans hot rod family and your many friends… Congratulations Adrian on joining this highly respected group!
