VEHICLES ELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY:All vehicles entered must be ASRF Class,Street Rods, Customs & Classics including Australian up to 1965, this being the year of manufacture.

Entrant Requirements:

1. Current ASRF Membership (as at the date of the event).
2. Current vehicle licence papers, including third party insurance,may need to be presented at registration.
3. Current driver’s licence.
4. Refund: Only available if this form is withdrawn in writing prior to 9 February 2018.
An administration fee of $25 will be retained.
5. All road laws apply within the Showgrounds. Log books required to be filled in if applicable.

Entrant Entitlements:
Each entrant will receive a Goody Bag containing Event T-Shirt, Event Number Plate, Decal Identification, access to all Blue Lake Nationals activities & assorted other event orientated goodies.
Note meals are excluded from Entry Fee to keep costs to a minimum. Entrants can choose from an array of on-site food stalls providing a variety of meal options from Friday noon to Sunday afternoon.
A family pass means immediate family members only & children being under the age of 18 years old
Polo shirts and extra T-Shirts are available at additional cost.
Exclusive “entrant only” camping is available at Mount Gambier Showgrounds
Only entrant’s vehicles will have access to the camping area.
A Buddy Pass does not entitle the holder to any goodies bag, event t-shirt or entrant privileges.
General Warning and Exclusion Liability:

All entrants, their families and buddies must conduct themselves in a civil and well behaved manner. Unacceptable behaviour &/or unsafe driving will not be tolerated, offenders and their party will be ejected from the Nationals and their entry cancelled – NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Motorsport is dangerous and may result in injury or death, and damage to property. As an essential condition of entry, each entrant acknowledges that prior to entering the Showgrounds site or driving events, he/she had made themselves aware of the danger as a participant and/or property owner and has accepted all associated risks.
The entrant him/her self and as agent for an accompanying adult and/or child/ren, release and discharge absolutely the promoter (Australian Street Rod Federation Inc/Blue Lake Nationals Committee), the event sponsor, the Mt Gambier Showgrounds and their employees, contractors and representatives, Sub Committees and agents from any liability arising from any circumstances whatsoever.

Advertising Release:

As a condition of entry, each entrant grants the promoter (Australian Street Rod Federation (ASRF)/Blue Lake Nationals Committee) the exclusive right to photograph, film or portray the entrant, their accompanying party and the entrant’s vehicle. The use of such photograph, film or portrayal with or without names or credits, is at the absolute discretion of the event promoter.
