CHIEF NATIONAL STEWARD
 The Chief National Steward (CNS) is directly responsible to the NCC. The CNS duties
include the coordination of all Judges and Stewards throughout the relevant affiliated
States, each of whom come under his control, and he shall collate all general reports
pertaining to all events.
